By TUBITAK- EKUAL and Anadolu University Libraries Consortium (ANKOS) -that our library is a member of-, via “Read & Publish” (Oku ve Yayımla) model, licence agreements are made with some major publishers. These agreements, known as transformative agreements, refer to a model that includes article processing charges (APC) in addition to database subscription fees. Read and Publish Agreements allow authors to publish their publications open access without paying an article processing charge or at a significant discount after their publications are accepted.
To benefit from the agreements, the following items must be taken into consideration:
- The corresponding author must be a member of Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
- It should be checked whether the publication type is within the scope of the agreement made specifically for the database.
- The process should be carried out with email addresses with the extension @ogu.edu.tr and Eskişehir Osmangazi University should be selected as the institution.
