PRINCIPLES of USAGE of ESKİŞEHİR OSMANGAZİ UNIVERSITY LIBRARY PRIVATE and GROUP STUDY ROOMS

• It is mandatory to be a ESOGU Student or ESOGU Staff Member to use the study rooms.
• Study Rooms is available for usage for "3 Hours”. If the period is demanded to be extended and there is no one else waiting for the room, an extra time would be granted by the duty staff.
• Individuals receive the keys to the Study Rooms from the officer in exchange for their corporate ID and they return them after use.
• All group members who will work in Group Study Rooms are required to submit their ID to the officer in charge.
• Group members who will be working in Group Study Rooms cannot request an extension for the same room for the next two hours, and cannot make noise that would disturb library users outside the rooms.
• No food or drink other than water is allowed in the Study Rooms.
• Talking on mobile phones and listening to music loudly are prohibited in the Study Rooms.
• Doors of the Study Rooms may not be locked during the study period. Extra chairs cannot be placed in the rooms, and existing ones cannot be taken out.
• In case of abandonment of the Study Rooms or temporary exit in case of need, the rooms cannot be locked and abandoned without informing the staff on duty; in case of abandonment, personal belongings will be removed from the room by the staff and room usage rights will be cancelled.
• After use, Study Rooms must be left as they were received, and items and equipment must be used carefully and cleanly.
• Study Rooms should never be used for any purpose other than studying.
• Users are responsible for protecting their personal belongings while using the Study Rooms. Our Library and Directorate are not responsible for any theft, loss, etc. that may occur.
• Users of the Study Rooms must vacate the rooms 15 minutes before the end of the shift.
• Failure to comply with the "Individual or Group Study Room Usage Principles" stated above will result in the revocation of users' rights to use the Study Rooms. If deemed necessary, Study Rooms will not be reassigned to those who fail to comply with the rules.
